How to get your SSL issued once your order placed successfully?

Once your ssl order placed successfully, you should configure it and complete the DCV (domain control validation) to get it issued.

  1. Login to client area
  2. Go to "Your Active Products/Services" and find your SSL Products, click to enter the Product Details page
  3. Input your own CSR or use our CSR online tool to create one for you
  4. Submit your domain information to the form
  5. Back to the product details page by click on the blank area
  6. Specify your domains or IP addresses. For example:
  7. Ignore step 6. for Single Domains because there will be no such option for it
  8. Click "next" to select the DVC validation method
  9. Your DV SSL will be issued within 5 minutes once you complete the domain validation process.
  10. Click the green button "Convert Cert(Decrypt PrivateKey)", input your private key and setup your password for IIS import, click "convert" to get your all kinds of SSL downloaded.
  11. Unzip the SSL file and you will find the SSL certs ready for Apache/Nginx/IIS.
